Dwayne The man who started Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. He serves as a pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits an active member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles as well as a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
